Richard Elgood, Poet and Speech Writer

Richard Elgood has spent a life long career as a teacher of English and Drama, latterly in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire. He has seen many of his former pupils, including Rowan Atkinson, go on to enjoy great success in professional theatre. As a poet and speech writer Richard Elgood has written countless plays, sketches and of course odes which have celebrated key milestones in his life and the lives of his friends and family. Furthermore, as a trained drama teacher he is an expert in delivery and his advice and coaching is also available on request.
